Courtroom & Meeting Assistance

Staying organized while in litigation can be difficult. Oftentimes stress levels are elevated, the case may be very complicated, and time is of the essence. It can become even more stressful when the opposition or the judge is adding to the time pressure. At other times, such as taking depositions or engaging in important meetings time is of the essence and the ability to quickly retrieve documents is essential. Therefore, we offer the following courtroom and meeting assistance: 

• Document organization and retrieval 
• Exhibit organization and retrieval
• Note taking

Note: All judges can accept or deny us from sitting with you and assisting you with document organization and notetaking while in the judge's courtroom. However, most judges are happy to have us help streamline the process, saving the court time and money and making that request to the court usually gets an approval.
