Jessica Anlauf – BA, MA-ABD, MBA, Paralegal, Legal Researcher, ADA Advocate

Jessica has over 13 years of experience in attorney support roles as a legal assistant, legal researcher and paralegal as well as in pro se litigation and is currently working as a paralegal for a high-profile attorney on the east coast.

Jessica’s creative language and problem-solving skills allow her to offer her clients exceptional service in drafting accommodation requests pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, ensuring they have equal access and can fully participate in the services offered by public and governmental services. She has a proven track record of obtaining accommodations for her clients.

Jessica also offers her clients an opportunity to have a research powerhouse in their litigation corner, without the big law firm price tag. She has decades of legal and general research, which helps her to obtain results for her clients, quickly and affordably.

Jessica is bilingual in Spanish and English, having lived and traveled in many Spanish speaking countries as well as through her undergraduate and graduate studies.

She enjoys working on litigation support, as well as in all areas of ADA Advocacy, which includes performing investigations, drafting accommodation requests, extensive research and documentation, proofreading, formatting, evidence gathering, and transcription, as well as trial, hearing and meeting preparation and fiercely advocating for equal access for individuals with disabilities.

She has spent many years advocating for justice for those abused in the court system, and those with disabilities including invisible disabilities, and has a deep understanding and passion for the overall wellness of her clients. She is also particularly skilled at helping her clients work through difficult transitions like prolonged and unjust litigation. Her life coaching skills are essential when her clients need a results-oriented mentor to help them develop important skills, set goals and maintain a sense of hope during difficult litigation.
